Warranty, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance using original Asterisk spare parts, by a Technical Staff Team.

Our Services Centre take care of:
1) Warranty
2) Ordinary Maintenance (service)
3) Extraordinary Maintenance (service after a crash)

Asterisk’s warranty does not cover repairs due to misuse or improper maintenance. Return shipping cost for service and warranty work is the owner’s responsibility. If work performed is not covered under warranty, you will be contacted for the payment.
Certain model braces can no longer be refurbished or repaired. Before attempting to send in product, please verify with our Technical Staff Team if your braces can be serviced. We can be reached by e-mail (suggested also to send attached photos) or by phone.
